Question Hi again from Ga.:

Hi again all from Ga.: I have been having intermittent problems with the clutch safety switch, in my SVT Focus. There are actually 2 switches involved here, one has to do with the cruise control, and the other prevents starting unless the pedal is depressed. I have seen some folks have disabled the starting switch, and supposably this eliminates the prob.? Any ideas? I grew up in the Clearwater, Fl. area, also lived in N. Cal., Oregon, Texas, Colorado, and even Spain while in the Navy. Have also owned a 92 Taurus SHO, 1972 V6, Capri, with all the 2600 stuff, 94 Lightning pickup, and 2 orig. Austin Cooper "S"s, a 1966 and a 1968, plus a bunch of other neat stuff I should have kept!! (Also some neat bikes) regards, art smith, brooklet, ga.
