New car for wifie

Well... at 41 years old, my wife has never had a say in a car she drove. And she always drove import crap. So she always wanted a mustang... and if she was going to have a mustang, it would have to be a V-8.... we found a 2000 mustang GT with every option except auto... yes thats right... my meek and mild and shy filipino wife wants a stick. Now she says my focus is ugly.. dang her lol. She is the happiest person in the world now. The best part is the car only has 35,000 miles on it. It has less miles than my ST! now...I wonder if she will notice if I put a Kenny Bell supercharger on it.....

LOL, I think you should try and see if she does

That's sad that she's never had a say in her car before, but exciting that she has such good taste and finally Does have her dream car. Ok, so good taste aside from the fact she thinks the Focus is ugly

My wife really likes Mustangs too, and we are getting to the end of the part of our lives where we can have 2 coupes. (Kids in a couple years)

Strangely enough, she likes the last-gen Mustang a lot better. I think that could change if she drove them back to back though.

mail order bride? I don't think so. E harmony works great. And why do you think that because I hate the way the japanese are trading with America, that I would beat my filipino wife?

honda....DUH!!!! No.. it's honduh!! lol

she has a 1992 honduh accord with 200k miles on it. I never said japanese cars are bad or unreliable. I just hate the way the japanese are using us and we are to blind to see. when trade is fair, then bring it on. BTW... my crappy American Ford ranger truck has 275,000 miles on it.
