God help us, we are all hopelessly addicted to modding.

I spent $65 on a CAI and thats all i'm spending on the Focus. All my money goes to modding my corvette, seems more worthwhile to me.

Yeah well I mean I already have over $3000 in mods on the vette. I use the Focus for a DD cause it gets twice the gas mileage and probably like 1/8th the pollution, LOL.

A little over $1k for me.

I'm slowly working on the stereo (just had surgery and can only use my right arm for a while)
-208 watt Sony head unit
-Four Infinity kappa component 6x8's (with foam baffles from Crutchfield.com)
-Rockford Fosgate 800 watt amp
-Two 12" Kicker Comp VR's

I've ordered (and already received some of the following):
-Trubendz exhaust with high flow cat
-K&N CAI
-SCT Xcalibrator 2
-HELLA headlights
-Clear bumper lights
-Carbon fiber shift knob
-Carbon fiber and chrome foot pedals
-Tint for the taillights

That'll probably be it for a while, but on my "eventually" list is suspension, a better clutch, and maybe a lighter flywheel and a TB

well I've spent too much, lets see
$300 a month for the last 66 months = $19,800....car is paid off finally
UDP = $200
CAI = $250
65mm TB= $200
82,000 miles...average 25mpg = 3,280 gallons of gas @ 2.70avg =$8,856
20 oil changes at $25 a piece = $500
2 sets of tires @ 500 a set = $1,000
2 rims = $250
few trips to shop for warranty work @ $50/per visit = $250
misc items = $100
$1,200 a year insurance over last 5 1/2 years = $6,600

so I've got about $38,006 in my car give or take a thousand or two ...depressing
I'll leave out the cost of the other vehicles I've had in this time period, the 79 F-150, 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 79 Bronco and now finally a 2004 GMC Sierra. Cars, what a great investment
