Tail light tint the aftermath

Hey I just did my tails, with 20% cling tint..how long and well do they last? I'm just curious, cause it was so cheap to do I'll just replace one if it flies off! I took it up to 80mph only 3 hours after I did it and they were still there so...I'm actually worried about a steady 55mph pace to work and back(40mins each way) rather than the 80mph burst.

BTW man that curve was a HUGE BITCH! I had to get mom's steady hand to trace and cut, I did the final product, which turned out damn well spectacular for a $12 tint job.
And how careful are you when you wash your car around the area? Thanks for any response!

I just wanted to buy new tails like on the third cut out of the tint! Kinda sucked

Mine have been on for a good 6 months now. And as for washing I am OCD about doing it. I wash the hell out my poor baby. Shes been through all kinds of washing: hand, machine, and the usual combination. Here is a picture of my job

That tinting looks really good. For some reason those rims really help add to the contrast more than usual rims. Very nice!

Thanks! Still havent gotten any new pics with my newly painted side mouldings and hatch moulding. Looks ALOT better.

T Bone, what percent tint do you have on your butt? I saw a 350z this morning, blacked out, and I decided to go that route also.....

I went the dark graphite or I wanna say 25%. It looks completely blacked out at night or at dusk which is great but the only complaint I have with the shade is that during the day you can kinda see the red through it. But otherwise I would say go with Limo Tint or the darkest you can get. Your @ss will look great Tim! Just make sure to post up some pics!
