what should i do when the dealership says they dont know what the TSB is??

Hi
I bought a SVT while back ago and after i read the clutch TSB thread i think my car has the same problem. So, i called Saramonte Ford and talked to the supervisor, after telling him about the problem of my car i got a surprise answer when he said " I dont know what the TSB is, i know only recall" So, i was like... umm.. great...
Then i called SVT but they closed till next year, then called SVTOA they said they know nothing about TSB, so they gave me a hotline number but they wont open till the next year too.
what would you guys recomend me?? i reall sick of this
thanks in advise

Go to another Dealership. They are the dumbest dealers in town apparently. If not print out the TSB and take it in there, tell them to run it on Oasis, their program.

...Or be patient and wait till next year for more information..It's only a couple days...The TSB's are mainly a heads up for the mechanics reference not to get you a free replacement.

tsb stands for technical service bulletin, unlike a recall where they will call the cars back a tsb will be done if your car comes in and shows the symptoms of the problem, there are a few for the svt such as the clutch and a yrfo reflash. search the svt area of FF and you should be able to find information on what ones are out there

yea the TSB doesnt mean they have to fix it... it's up to the dealer... all 5 local dealers told me no... so I ended up getting a spec stage 1 and fidanza flywheel... much happier anyway
