it can be used for anything, it comes with directions, you can use it on a completely stock setup and it will change the maf curve to richen or lean out the car 5% without need of tunning, the rest of the settings need tunning and correspond to how much horsepower you are running. i have it setup for a 10psi turbo kit and 42 lb injectors right now, good up to 300whp, and its on setting 3 of 7, 1 is 5%lean, 7 is 5% rich, the 5 in between require tunning to your applications

I'll take it on monday after I get paid, I've got a turbo kit in the mail and I'm looking to run 10psi or so with 42 injectors so this would be perfect for me
