That looks more like a car making 200 whp. The MPH is way off for 246 whp. Your 60' made the ET with slicks. How much does this car weigh? If you are making that power you should be in the 12's with slicks.

Not always yel900rr, altitude, humidity, alot of other factors play a role, not just hp/weight.

actually that mph is pretty good for 12s, if he good get his 60' down he would be able to it high 12s with that mph. It isnt like he is pushing 200 ft/lbs of torque which is probably why his launches wouldnt be violent or quick, hence the mph with only 246 hp. Torque is what gets you there, horsepower keeps you there, he isnt making enough torque to hit 12s.

I don't know, 12's sounds more like 110mph territory to me

nope...I have seen a 8000 pound diesel run 12.9 at 102.7...A focus with 200+ ft/lbs of torque could definitely pull that mph and end with a high 12. Mid 12s is about 112 - 117ish, low 12s is about 118 - 123ish. Depends on your 60' though too.

But his mph was good for high 12, I just dont think the car could do it without having more torque under its belt.

Your right with 200+ft/lbs of torque it would be in the 12's. But I only have 181ft/lbs of torque, that plus the fact that I don't have an intercooler and the IAT's are reaching 220 degrees by the end of 3rd gear and the ECU is pulling timing all the way through 4th. I think that 13.37 is pretty good. Oh and I forgot to put the 60' on the time slip in my first post it was 1.942.

if you had an IC, you would be able to pull a little more torque, and prolly run 12s. You could definitely bring the 60' down some more too, get it to about 1.88 and youd be golden.
