Sony MiniDisc MDX-C5970 plus XA-300 Aux Selector

I'm a regular contributor in the Car Audio section, and I'm selling this setup for a buddy. He bought a new 4Runner and we're gonna upgrade his whole system.

Priced to sell at $130 shipped
for the Head Unit and Aux Input Selector
Used XA-300 sells for $70 on eBay

Sony MDX-C5970 MiniDisc player + MD or CD Changer Controller
Shock resistant Memory
D-Bass
35w x4

It's used and has a few "fine" scratches, but works great. The included XA-300 was used for iPod input.

Sony XA-300 AUX Input Selector
2 Aux inputs
MD or CD Changer input
USB input
Headphone output with volume control

This is a used Sony XA-300. It is in very good condition. It comes with the 83" UniLink cable. He used this to connect his iPod. It also has USB connection if you want to connect your Laptop to your Sony. Using the XA-300 makes the MP3 player much more clear than using an FM transmitter.

Here are some specs below for the XA-300:

two sets of stereo RCA inputs
One Aux input linked to headphone jack for private listening
USB port accepts audio input from a laptop computer
control input accepts UniLink cable from CD changer

The XA-300 module lets you add auxiliary sources while retaining the use of your Sony CD changer. The XA-300 accepts your UniLink changer cable and a patch cable from your non-UniLink source (cassette, MP3, Minidisc, etc.) and allows your Sony receiver to choose between the two sources. The XA-300 can choose between two sets of auxiliary RCA inputs. AUX IN 1 is linked to a headphone jack on the unit, allowing private listening to one auxiliary source while the Sony receiver plays a second source. The private listening level can be adjusted by a headphone volume control. An audio signal from a laptop computer (or any device with USB audio output) can also be connected through the unit's USB port. The XA-300 lets you add a variety of audio devices to your UniLink system, including audio from a DVD player, a video game, or even a satellite radio tuner.
