I wouldn't go that far ^^ It is a big torque improvement over the 2 valve gt though I will say that... It is all a matter of opinion. I have never really been a big fan of the 2 valve gt...The cobra motor is sweet, but the new 3 valve breathes alot better.

Isn't a stock 4.6 (1999 style) only good for around mid 14's on the track? Only reason I ask is that I have beat them at the track before, but only by miniscule amounts.

I always say there's all ways someone faster than you. I know if the guy in the stock mustang spend the same amount of money that you spend on your focus he will win. But until he could spend that money you could have fun beating other people with stock mustang.

with 10psi on my focus i had beaten a Mustang Mach 1. And actually i have a friend that has a 97 mustang GT that he use to race me when i had my focus stock and i could keep up with him in 2nd gear, but when he shift to 3rd he's gone, Now that i have turbo he don't even try..

So, do what you want to do with your focus and just have plain old fun,, and remember there is someone faster than you, just have fun with it.

Good driver: 13.7-13.9
Average driver: 13.9-14.1
Poor driver that thinks he's good: 14.1+

Sure they can... If you know how to drive. I have watched it with my own two eyes.. Too bad I didnt have something to take a vid...... I will say most guys cant do it though. So low 14's would be acheived by a decent one. Higher for a poor one.
