What is particularly cool is the direct gas injection, here is a great article explaining the differences http://www.babcox.com/editorial/cm/cm59726.htm although the ULTRA LEAN ideology is rather frightening for a turbocharged application.

This article is written around the Mitsubishi GDI engine, but I would generally assume the engineering was "generally" applied in the Mazda

I really like the 6, and other MS cars... which makes me think I'd really like this newest one too!

Mazda > Ford right now, imho. At least for cars, I mean Fusion's cool, but Mazda's got a few "hype" models. Well, it's the same family anyway.

Sexy beast, I think. I should talk my stepdad into one of those to replace his old Taurus Oh yeah, then I could have access to it!

I'm sure the Taurus' exceptionally good gas mileage would go right out the window though...

It's MSRP says 28,500. I don't know how Mazda pricing works, the way Ford's always lower than MSRP?
