350 USD for each brembo caliper
150 USD for each brake rotors
300 USD for the brake pads (set for front)
30 USD for each brake hose
350 USD for each RS knockle
150 USD for each sachs race absorter
120 USD for each ballbearing for the front
10 USD for the spacer under the brake rotors (due to usage of original HUB instead of RS HUB)

that's all i think..

So, finally turned out that the hub's diameter is 39 mm instead of 38 mm. The ballbearings are ready and installed. The installation was very easy, i could do everything alone. Unfortunately i forgot to take pictures during the installation process.

Beside the known pictures i have now 2 new ones about the finished front suspension.

Next job will be the wide fenders or engine managemant system, i dunno;-)

that thing is sick. Can the RS AWD system be used on the 2005-2006 Foci, U.S. spec. I have an ST sedan, and an AWD system would be awesome.

Although you may have mtx 75 transmission but in a newer edition for duratec engines. For the zetec engine you can get an awd transmission which is for the 2 liter zetec mondeo.

Andrewboy: very nice work..... I've been dreaming of an AWD Focus RS for a long time.

I actually bought almost all I needed but decided it would be too expensive for me. Bringing heavy items from Europe is so much money. I have bought a full rearend and transfer box from the Jag X-type and all I was missing was the MTX-75 gearbox from it. I might still do it in the future... But not sure. POst more pics.

The tunnel needs to be replaced by one out of a Ford Sierra to allow the driveshaft and exhaust!

Here is a link to my RS conversion.

Very Very nice JOB!!!

Actualy i did not buy anything yet for the awd. I only have the transmission box at my friend in the garage. I will need an mtx75 gearbox for awd and also the center oil carter and also another oilpan which is for 4x4 mondeo zetec. The rear side is what i do not see at the moment, but now its a good idea to check the rear of a jag X type since must be very similar to ford.

Now i will get the sachs absorters for the back and then i will may get an engine management system and later finish the body and put some tuning on the engine or change the engine, and the last thing is the awd.

Now i still have to decide the engine, is a cgi block worth 3000 USD + shipment (horroristic) or i can get an RS block from for for 2500 USD with crank, pistons, rods and they only ask for the old engine i have.

But in the meantime if i have possibility to care with the awd i will keep you update on it.

I see that you did not buy original rear quoter panel (fender), why is that? You also do not have the RS side skirts. Anyway, beautiful job you did man!!! A+!
