Question about the mpg, what size gallon do you have in Serbia?
When I lived in England a gallon was bigger. So that would give you a better mpg.

I am 17(3 weeks till 18), I was 16 when i bought my 02 SVT, I work 2 jobs, to be able to afford my love of the car, and modding. They are great cars, I am taking it to college with me in 4 months, and expect it to last as long as i need it to. As many have said the gas IS high, but I think it would be worth it. This car BY far is the best bang for the buck. when spending 15k on a vehicle.

Serbia doesn't have gallons. They have liters, like the rest of the world.

I'm 39 and driving the car I want. I could have swung payments on 30k+, but this car pushes buttons that were set by the GTI and Turbo GLH in the 80's. I've always had a place in my heart for small, nimble cars.

I don't check my gas milage because it wouldn't change my driving habits or my car. Last check I did, I got 25 mpg, but it was over a weekend that I was drag racing.

People that know me from work seem suprised by my choice in autos. The color of my car (Competition Orange) is the most in your face color, for a pretty subdued guy though. One guy, who had been trying to figure me out told me I was "eclectic". I'll buy that.

This scenario makes no sense. My first thought was stolen car, more than a few of the cars stolen in the U.S. end up shipped to overseas countries.

Holy Crap guys. I guess that leaves me holding the GEEZER award huh? Gonna be 56 in January. Yeah, that put's me in the era of Hemi Roadrunners, Boss 302 Mustangs, etc. Been around a lot, and owned a number of different cars, including a 68 Fiat Dino. Don't laugh! It had the Ferrari Dino 2.0 V6 with 3 Weber deuces. Redlined at 8 grand and I ran it 9500 fairly often.

That said, I love the Focus SVT. It's the perfect car for me. I commute 120 miles a day, gives me decent gas mileage and won't embarrass me when the going gets competitive!
