225/45 R 17.. adjusting speedo / rubbing [?]

Hi I am about to close a deal on a set of BF Goodrich KDW on 04 SVT wheels. But the Tires are 225/45 instead of 215/45 (SVT stock) or 215/40 (non svt recommended).

1010tires.com Tire size calculator says my speedometer will be 3.6% too slow - claiming 57.8mph when I am doing 60mph. Total radius 12.48 inches and circumference 78.44 inches.

Speedo will be off....
I can just adjust my thinking and simply take it into consideration that I am going faster than the speedo says.. but I was wonderring whether there is any way to recalibrate the speedo. I iwll be getting a tune eventually, but want to wait untill i actually have some performance mods.

Rubbing...
The seller claims no rubbing, but I want to double check. I am currently at stck height but will be getting the SVT suspension next year.. anyone runs tires this big on SVt or lower suspension?

Miscelaneous...
Any other comments? Any pictures of how well they fill the fenders?

Thanks for any comments

Igor
