hahaha, dont smack on the spi's, focusin's spi was quite peppy imo....and as for the svts that hit 14s...theres only 1 way to explain that...lower psi in tires, gutted interior, open header, open intake...yea, thats STOCK but with a few take offers..ive seen one hit a 15.1 but it was on an open header, and boy did it sound horrible

duratec 2.3L are hard to predict, ive seen many hit 16.1s bone stock but then i see some hittin 15.4x with just intakes and suttle mods, so i dunno, i think there are quite a few factory monsters out for the duratec..all depends on factory timing i suppose

and yes gump, that means i have a superdydooper fast zetec

it's the guy from Fairbanks Alaska, he's posted his slips. Nobody can really verify that he's stock but based on his persona in here I doubt he'd lie

No - there weren't slicks on his car either. It's not some wild claim to hit 14s in the SVTF. All it takes is practice.

In car and driver magazine, when the focus first came out they ran 1/4 mile in 15.3. But those guys all out hammer the cars to almost breaking point and have probly been doing it for all of there lives.
