2000 Focus wagon SE a good buy?

I have found a 2000 Focus wagon SE, auto, abs, alloy wheelsremote locks, power mirrors, alarm, side air bag, power locks.

And only22,000 miles!!!!
Asking $7,500. Is that too much?

I found 14 recall notices for this year. Should that be a concern too?

Thanks!

He wants a Focus because the Roadmaster is killing him on the gas right now....

BTW, stop over at http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/

As to the Focus you're looking at, check it out thoroughly. That was the first year model here in the U.S. More problems were reported in the 2000 - 2001's.

I would think that would be an spi as well. you would get good gas mileage, but I think 7500 is too much for it!! also, did u think about y it has 22k miles on it?

Hope that link works. That gives you an idea. With either the SPI or the Zetec it's the same price. So if it's in perfect condition, I'd be asking $5k.

yea $7500 for a '00 is way too much...i'd be asking 5-5500 MAX for it....and see what the recalls are..i only had the normal dpfe one on mine
