turn the key off... the key has to be in to use the push button.

Its expensive, my employee cost is $107.86 and list is $208.42. Part# is Motorcraft SW-6176. You can call your dealer and ask what they charge for it compared to my cost.

Hey b16sir ;) if i didnt want to use a key... and could just hop in and turn the key? would i basicly have to wire up a toggle *up/down* switch to act a key? then i can turn it off etc? :)

im sure somthing could be rigged up to where you would not have to use a key, but then anyone who decides to break into your car wont need a key either. another problem you would run into is that you would have to find some way to disable the PATS system.
