Bolt torque on crank and water pump pulleys

I searched and could not find the answer to my question which is how much to torque the crank bolt and water pulley bolts. Yes this should probably be in DIY but Zetec gets a lot more traffic so could someone help me out please? Perhaps make this sticky over in DIY?

the crank is 85-90 not sure about the water pump. if you are tightening those by hand just make sure you take it out for a drive and get the pullleys to a normal driving temp and tighten everything down again
