Mine is a stick, had to order it and wait 5 weeks to get it. There were none within 900 miles...LOL The best thing...2003 was the year ford gave you a 850 dollar credit to buy the stick WooHoo!!

Anyone want to trade their '03 PZEV MTX wagon for my SVTf? Seriously! I love the wagon... I started driving with a Volvo wagon and have been addicted to them since. Watching a Focus Wagon driven aggressively is as beautiful and graceful as a paper airplane jetting to and fro on the currents of the winds of Alaska, climbing higher and higher toward the Northern Lights... ahhh... yes. Quite truely a sight to behold.

Mine handles great stock, can't wait to get some springs, Etc. I think it is the euro suspension with the ZTWs. There is one guy that autocrosses a 02 street wagon.

The wagon comes standard with the auto. You have to have ordered the 5 speed.

Yes, ^^^ Mine handled pretty well stock. I added a eibach kit ( shocks, struts and springs and it is even better).. I even went furthur and added 17" wheels and SVT brakes all the way around.. She is a blast to drive now.

Yep.. special ordered 2005 Focus ZXW SE with 5 spd, moonroof, side impact, and nearly everything important the SES has..........except (stupid me) lumbar. I waited 6 weeks.

Hey fellow wagon owners.... how loud, db guess is the wind noise in the car with windows up @ around 80mph? Mine is deafening. I've been thinking about going in to see if my windshield is glued down properly. I'm already geared towards (no stopping me now) fully insulating the headliner and under carpet with foil/foam/foil insulation (-19db, 4x25'/$65). I'm really upset at Ford over the lack of engineering that went into the body style change-- especially where road noise is concerned. I bought this car (my first brand new one) because I was so impressed with the complete lack of road noise in an Enterprise 2004 sedan I drove. I drove a Trailblazer right after the Focus, and that $30k hunk of junk had a lot of wind noise compared to the Focus.

Other than that... the Focus wagon is the only wagon worth looking at on the market in that price range. Nothing else comes halfway close to having enough room in the back to store a decent amount of stuff .
