Got bored today and took off my grill, then glued and taped logo on the "metal boob"

Just picked up this 03 SE wagon. 2.0 SPI, auto, 126k kilometers - crank windows though lol

I like the red actually, this color on this car seems a bit rare around these parts.

Just had the 5 rear windows tinted, added the cross rails for the roof rack.

Additional plans: 15-16 inch focus alloys, possibly a new headunit with bluetooth. Then other maintenance items (suspension, brakes etc)

Got a MK3 Titanium 1.6 Ti-VCT 125hp with Powershift in July. Only put on 3,000km so far, but it has been purr-fect

Had all series MK1, MK2 & Mk3, but just sold the MK1 last month

Oh, it's a beauty, GhiaFan. I'm so jealous. What a shame we Americans can't get our hands on the new wagon. Love my '06 but I'm ready for the new one!

Sweet! How's the rear cargo size wise? About the same as the last model or a little smaller?

Nice pic of all 3 gens too

Also, what's the tow rating with that 1.6L? I see you have a hitch.

Max towing capacity is 1,800lbs. I find the cargo space is pretty much the same as the MK2. I think the specs say it is smaller but if it is I have not noticed the loss of space.

Well, here's my 2006 ZXW.

It would be cool to keep this thread alive, yes.

After 5 months of wagon shopping, I gave up on finding a 5 spd Zetec car with ABS. I settled for an ATX car with ABS and Traction Control:

But, not to worry, a 5 speed swap is scheduled for the spring. Then, I'll start the JRSC kit install

So far the only upgrade is some 205/55R15 Yokohama S.Drive summer tires. Next up is tint, a stereo, rear headrests, and an Eibach Pro kit.

Hopefully my other cars don't get too jealous

A few things:

1) http://www.wagonmastersthemovie.com/index.php

Wagon masters. I got to see this if they ever come nearby.

2) Love my wagon. Lookie what it can do..

Ok, maybe not, but 80k miles after I bought it, and lugging a 33 gallon upright compressor (in the box), a full size tub (in the box), and then a bath vanity (in the box), plus tons of other stuff, it has been a great car. Will hate to see it go in the spring.

3) I do love wagons.

This one I sold a few years back (the 67).

This one I got last summer and is under restoration (money pit).
