Question Svt maf tube With zetec sensor? CAN IT BE DUN!

well i wanna toss on a svt maf tube while using my stock senosr
svt diameter>stock diamter=more airflow & better response & no bottleneck
would i hurt the engine in ne way? i was told i would lean out a bit
but wanted to hear what u guys had to say.
