What is the deal with WHEELGUYZ??!!

So i ordered my wheels and tires last Friday i believe. Ive been so excited, then i get an email sayin that my order was placed on hold cuz my shipping address and billing address were different................so i fixed it that day. I called the person i was suppose to, to let them know but of course i had to leave a message.
Its been a week now so i decide to call again.............guess what, another machine. So i call the direct line tellin them my situation............the dude cuts me off and sends me to that dang machine again....grrrr, apparently they dont want my money that bad, ive left 2 detailed messages already, what should i do???

i want my wheels dang it!!

from experience..when the address u are getting goods shipped to is different than the billing address on the card, they reserve the right for 7-10 days to verify the purchase was made willingy with the cardholders consent. it happend to me with Autokrafters, sure enough after a week i got my stuff..

I would put them on my car and spin them to make sure they are straight. That way I would know that they were straight before having tires mounted to them.

LOL I was just talking about them in another thread. I bought rims from them and they did the same thing and they kept transfering me to an answering machine. I left message after message and they still never called back. My rims were shipped to the wrong state...right address just different state. After about a month and a half I ended up calling my bank and telling them of the situation and the bank gave my money back and took care of the rest as far as getting the money from wheelguys. After about a week I called the bank to see what the status was and they said that they were having the same problem as what you and I were going through. They finally took care of it, but customer service at wheelguys was the worst ive ever seen. I would try to explain and they would cut me off really quick and transfer me to a damn machine. worst experience dealing with a company ever..
