I'm lost as to why SVT's and SPI's keep replying to Duratec threads...

I get a pretty steady 20-21mpg with rough 100% city driving - 2.5 miles to work, 7 stoplights. This is with Shell 87 octane.

My road trip last week, 100% hwy, I netted 30mpg with Shell/Chevron 87 and I kept the cruise at 75 most of the way.

This is with a MM CAI and FS exhaust. MPG before was fairly similar.

AT the moment, I have 315 miles on my tank of gas, and the fuel light just came on. I gotta drive to Ann Arbor tomorrow, and that will be all highway. I think I am getting probably around 27 mpg at the moment

for some reason, i'm getting extremely low mileage. I got maybe 20mpg from my last tank, and that was highway.

I'm gonna clean out the fuel system, and have the computer reflashed, see if that helps

1 full tank down - 26.7. Mostly city driving, but city here in Detroit means a good bit of divided highway.

I was hoping for better. We bought the ST to replace a Geo Prism with a 1.8L. I figured the mileage would drop a little bit, but we were getting a reliable 30-32 around town with the Geo. Maybe I can console myself that the ST has lower tailpipe emissions, even though it burns more dino urine.

It does get considerably better mileage than my Probe. I struggle with the Probe to get 22 around town. But I knew the Probe mileage would suck when I bought it, lo those many years ago.

I have an 07 with under 2000 miles and I am getting a hair over 31MPG each tank but each time it gets a little better with various driving styles and the more miles on the engine as well.

Up to 4k now on my ST and have seen no increase in fuel economy due to miles, only varies with speed/driving habits. I keep detailed track on a spreadsheet so any increase would be apparent.

Average is 25.14 with 72% highway. Highway 27-31 depending on speed, Houston city(lots of freeway) 24-26 Pure city stop and go netted me 21-22.

Seems to be following the EPA specs faithfully. I do hope there is a magic bump at some point, but I'm not expecting one.

I have an '04 2.3L PZEV 141HP with automatic

I get about 17 city driving, and 32-34 on trips
