Exclamation sticking throtle

I just installed my aem cai last nght. now my throtle seems to be sticking. Last night it was staying around 2000 be for I played with cable. This morning it was staying at about 1000. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on or what i should do.

did you disconnect the battery when you installed the Intake? you need to reset the ECU.

You have to take the battery and box out to install the cai

right...so I am assuming you disconnected it then. You shouldnt have problems with the intake, unless you have a leak, or something isnt hooked up right. check the MAF connection, and tighten everything down again.

that what it is idleing at or does the throttle stick when you press on the gas petal?

The trottle is a little tight when I step on the gas as well. could it be just the cable needs lubed.

The more I drive the more I notice that the idle is higher at start up when the engine is still cold then before I put on my cai. Once the motor warms up the idle go's back to normal. I also notice that I love the way she runs, I ate I took so long to buy it. I am looking at a cat back real soon, can't wait.

check the tube on your throttle body. after installing an intake on my svt, i noticed the clamp was too close to the throttle. check there to see if you did the same mistake. intake upgrades shouldnt be reaking havok on your idle though, nor shall they make your throttle sicky. check the clamp
