Anyone really bored and want to help an ex-Subaru fellow out?

My g/f blew up her SPI motor by not watching the temp gauge. So it is now my task to replace it with simple hand tools. I have a very small compressor that doesn't help much. I have an engine hoist, but I hear it might be better to drop the motor and tranny as one piece?

Anyone have some spare time in the DFW area that has done this before? I'll buy the beer!

BTW, I am wcbjr on Been there about 4 to 5 years now.
