borla and ford racing borla???
Im looking to put exhaust on my car, I asked a few questions awhile back about exhaust. I want to put borla on because i read that it was 3in piping on the site here, but then i found a thread the other day that listed it as being 2.5in piping?? My question is, is borla 3 in piping? On MC News Auto i found Ford Racing Borla cat-back for a good price and was wondering if anyone knows the size on that? is it 3in? I want borla 3in and im just making sure if i buy the FR Borla it is going to be 3in and not 2.5in. Thanks

I've seen Borla, the actual company selling 2.25 and 2.5 I know trubendz will weld in a borla xs pro muffler at sizes of 2.25, 2.5, and 3.0. e-mail who ever is sellingit for specifics.

Why would you want a 3" exhaust? You would only need that in a FI scenario where you were making significant power.

yeah 3" is kinda fat for a focus...i think you'll be ok at 2.5"...

I know he will be ok with a 2.5", its just funny that he came in looking for a 3" specifically.

would i get a good deep tone with the 2.5"?? Thats what im maining looking for, is a nice deep tone. FI, maybe way in the future...heh not any time soon. Thanks for the replies
