Problems with orderign from myfordfocus.com?

I dunno if it is an isolated instance but has anyone else ordered parts from them only to recieve a kit with multiple pieces missing?
I'm just wondering, so I can know how long to expect to recieve the missing pieces, just curious about how they take care of mistakes around there
so I can know if I'm gonna bother ordering from them again or not?
thanks to anyone who's had experience with that site....

What exactly did you order? What was missing?

Have you contacted them about it?

and some piece that you put the maf on?
my car is apart at the moment,
and I'm a little pissed off, that I will have to put it
all back on because the elbow is missing
and we dont' have those at any auto parts store

It may have shipped from someone OTHER than them, so they may not be directly responsible for it, only their vendor.

I take 150 calls a day selling Heavy Truck parts all over the world, and no matter where I ship a part from, myself or drop from a vendor, ultimately, "I", yes I am responsible for my cust. receiving thier order correctly if I want to ensure my future in the business..( I work straight commission as does the owner of thier company)
If you don't get the response that you feel makes you confident that it WILL be handled, move up the chain till you get to the top...

Just as an FYI, it's been taken care of. I had the kit dropshipped from one of my warehouse distributors and it was missing the elbow. I had my guy at MAC ship him an elbow !

What can I say, [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]** happens, but I am always ready to shovel it to make it right. ;)
