Funky start up and Idle

2002 ZTS with 43000 miles no codes cleaned the MAF and the intake drives great no mods… Starts and idles really low like maybe 300 rpm if I rev it up to like 2500 to 3000 rpm then the idle “catches” and then it’s fine… does it hot or cold sometimes it starts fine then it will start and idle low again. Anything?

Plugs and wires maybe. Have you changed them at all?
