Wow, your headunit looks old school. What is that, an Eclipse? Looks like you need an HVAC face too lol.

Yeah I guess you're right lol.

Thinking about that makes me remember all the crap that was wrong with my car when I got it last year. Like the rear passenger window falling. And that door wouldn't open from the outside. And how it had 195/50/15 tires in the front and 195/60/15 tires in the back with a slow leak and wires hanging out. And no sunvisors, broken coilpack, 2 layers of crappy tint, blah, blah, blah...

Does your guys' dash fascia thing pop right out easily? Mines pulls right out with NO difficulty...I've thought about locking my deck down somehow with a cable/key because of that.

You mean the whole radio surround? Mine pops out easy, but I still have the 4 bolts holding it in behind the headunit.

I mean just the fascia that holds the deck. This is my second dash fascia, and both of them can be pulled out easily without tools

Yeah the aftermarket ones suck. I can rip my stereo out in 2 minutes.

I've been meaning to get the euro adapter, so it sits closer to the a/c controls. It also has this little plastic piece you bolt onto thee rear of the deck that slides onto this tab inside the dashboard.

I saw a write up once on how to blend the euro fascia with the factory surround. Wanted to do it to mine, but seeing the euro surrounds are rare in the U.S. I think I'll keep mine stock looking. Guess I'll start searching for the euro adapter again.

I actually bought an El Cheapo one from europe. But guess what happened? One of the two tabs broke when I tried to pop it in. I owned it for not even 5 minutes.

FordPartsUK's ebay store has them for pretty cheap, not even $20 shipped should be.

Oh, KP, you're probably gonna hate me for this. I just bought the entire trunk harness from a Ghia Saloon. I just hope its the proper one that goes to the tails lol.

Nah I don't hate you for it. I gave up searching for a harness a long time ago haha. I used to get sooo close to making deals with people in the UK, and when I finally ask for shipping charges to the U.S., they simply don't reply
