Rough idle and hesitation?

When my car is cold (after start up) the engine idles rough. If the traction control kicks on the car will hesitate. This only happens when the engine is cold. I also have a Race header with no cat. The check engine light came on. It was a o2 sensor malefunction, because I have no cat. Is this rough idle and hesitation when the engine is cold caused by me having the race header? It never happened before. Will a chip fix this problem or is it something not to worry about. Like I said the car runs fine after the engine warms up. I also have a cold air intake on it. Im going to get a MAC intake very soon though.

There is a file for aftermarket chips that will fix this, you can also use an 02 cheater, unless there is another malfunction.

Were you just cheap and decided to skip the 02 cheater?
