I think its worth it just make it a fun car to drive. Other people that dont drive a Focus say why its only a Focus till thay pull up beside you and say whats up and thay get smoked. Then its like wow did not know you had that. German's love there BMW its fun running toe to toe with them not all of then though some are very fast my friend has an M3 320I he dont talk shit no more.

I think it's definitely worth it. It allows people to express themselves and have fun doing so. Granted, it might cost a lot of money, but in the end, it is YOUR car. You put your time, money, and labor into it, had fun doing it, and probably learned a few things. It helps to get your mind off thing for a while... just you, your car, and the garage. And in the end, no one can say their car is exactly like yours... which makes it all the more fun

DEF worth it.
Our cars really are an expression of our personalities.
When you see someone in a minivan...you know they are a family man/ or a soccer mom.
Just doing a Diff,Flywheel, clutch, and Ford Racing 4.06 gears made my car SOOO much more fun to drive.
ANd how else could I afford to race against porsches(and beat aLOT of them) on my budget?
Its not an investment...cars are without a doubt one of the WORST investments....even if you are buying a 68 shelby gt500...your gambling on what someone is willing to pay for it @ the time of auction.
Our cars(to a car guy/ racer) are more and more fun as we change them to better fit what we want our cars to do.
Drag racers go for BIG HP.
Autox/track junkies go for a boost in power, and better brakes, but concentrate the most effort in making their cars handle as best as possible/balanced.
Those worried about how they look...go for show.
Just imho.

Modify away...but research all the ways to get the most out of every mod, and learn ALL the possible side effects before you change something.
And NO MATTER WHAT, Government should NOT have the authority to tell us what we can and cannot do with our cars.

Well im new here, and i didn't take the time to read all of this. But i voted yes. but really it depends. If you have a car under 150,000 miles, then yes. But i think anything over your wasting your time and could be wearing on the stock parts.

I totally think modding is worth it because it separates your car from all the other cars. It shows your personality.
