i don't know. both are great cars. in my opinion, they are 2 different styles. sports car or sedan. my ex had a 350 and it was one bad ass ride. never drove an evo tho. all in your own taste.

I like the evo myself. Better all around car. And I have seen stock evo's push 13.5 qtr mile consistantly. The 350 is a heavier car which will run 14.3 qtr consistantly.

Hands down IMO the Z. All of this is opinion alright, but Nissan builds a much better product than Mitsu and I'm willing to bet that's for every model. Also, I think the Z will be more of a collectible / enthusiast prefered car many years from now. The EVO, it's cool for what it does but I'm not a fan of the car or the manufacturer. Just my 2 cents....

Both are great cars in their own right, but two totally different vehicles with very different feels to them. My only real concern, and I think it's a valid one, is the question of how long will Mitsubishi actually be doing business in the US. They are in very dire straights financially, both here in the US and back home; they've been riddled with scandals regarding warranty coverups, sexual misconduct, and let's not forget a ton of bad loan debt due to their wonderful no payments for a year plan, that basically blew up in their face. I give them 2-3 years, and if things aren't turned around by then, I forsee them pulling out of the country, unless someone steps in by then and bails them out.

neither, either the evo 9 (which will be out in a year) or the infiniti G35 coupe. skip the nissan stylee and go st8 balla style. or (my personal goal) 3-4 year old jaguar XJR for the half the price of either of those cars.
