I want to see some pictures of your car if you bought everything off ebay. Or better yet, i want to see two people, one with ebay mods and one with real mods go head to head on a dyno or race or somthing.

Here's what mommy should have told you to do when you downshift:
1. Step on the clutch
2. Simultaneously slide the shifter into a lower gear and give the throttle a quick, amazingly precise jab to rev the engine to exactly the rpm it needs to be at in the next gear
3. Quickly let out the clutch

Oh sure, It takes a few thousand tries before you get the timing and precision of your jab just right, but the reward is that you no longer suck.

Yeah ebay mods are fine as long as you don't cheap out and get a bombz or no name brand. You can get ford racing and focus sport stuff on ebay for cheaper than anywhere else.

Got a set of focus wrc rods and pistons for less than a quarter than their value

Also got an Apexi AVC R boost controller brand new for around half the cost of one in the UK

Had loads of other bits such as the short shifter but i haven't got the pictures though

I'm seeing more and more people with the Diamondplate mats.....

... thus, I am considering more and more to get them....

You people with the diamondplate.... how does it handle in the winter when your shoes are all covered with slush and crap? Or do you just take them out?

LOL, I bought this on ebay last October

I ran through all the auto checks (carfax etc...) before I made the leap. I'm still grinning every time I get in.
