well when the springs r in....u cant really see them unless u get down on ur knees and actually look. ive got the sportlines and i love em. but seriously, u do need the dampers. dont get the springs w/o gettin the dampers as well cause ur gonna need em. i just saved for a little longer and got the dampers. u can go for a little bit w/o em but not long.

I still have my stock struts and shocks and they are fine, and the springs have been in for over 3 years. And I have put on 45 K miles......

personally i would have to say the sportlines. just because i have eibach. i've also heard good things about the tein springs.

if you don't get the dampers right off, i woudn't wait more than 3 months before you get them on, otherwise your drop will end up bein very dramatic

well, i got the tein s tech and they are ok, stiff, but that is it... they did not design any for the new 05-07 suspension, they are the same as for the older... they do not dampen well, since i hit the bump stops quite hard from time to time, i think the sport lines are excellent and proven technology for now... no on the eibach defense... i had them in my 05 Pontiac vibe and they were great on stock shocks but that car was really high... on the focus are crap... also is way too low, hard to admit it, but they seem much lower then shown in picture, or maybe since mine do not fit right...

Springs do not dampen...that is the job of the shocks. An undampened spring will oscillate (continuous up and down movement) when a load (compression or extension) is applied to it.
