The only aftermarket STS out there with the reverse lockout that is worth buying is the STEEDA which in my opinion is the best for the focus. Steeda has always rules this mod in the focus aftermarket.......

I believe the steeda short throw shifter keeps the reverse lockout. ^^^^ Beat me to it, but what he said.

forget the reverse lock out and go with the FC race shifter. the reverse lock out is pointless unless you cant drive and are afraid of throwing it in reverse. and if that is the case, you shouldnt be driving a standard

I'm with mlowery on this one; just ordered an FC shifter for my brother's car and will probably wind up with one on my car too . . . after the manual tranny swap, that is! lol

I've known a few people who've had the FC shifter, and no one has ever had any problems with accidently shifting into reverse. If you do . . . well, I just don't know what to tell you.
