Interior Rattle Fix

Interior Gurus please read here.

So I just got done installing the Balance Shaft Delete kit on my ST. This coupled with stiff VF motor mounts creates vibrations which don't bother me. Its the rattles from interior panels and the vent pieces and dash pieces that bothers me.

Some questions.

1: How do I go about pulling out the dash pieces without ruining them. Like the vents, the surround for the raido and such.

2: What products would you use to dampen vibrations while putting them back in? I was thinking to install them using a ton of silicon or something so they don't move at all. And as far as the overhead storage maybe some adhesive foam strips on the sides of the sunglasses panels that come down. Also there are some rattles from misc interior panels. I can isolate them but I just want to know what should be used to dampen the rattles.

Any ideas would be just awesome.
