Lowering the passenger seat???

I have an 05 ST and was wondering if anyone has tried to lower the passenger seat. I am 6' and my wife is 5'10" and we both hit our heads when sitting in the passenger seat. I have no problem in the driver seat as it is lowered all the way. Will the seat frame from a British Foci fit? Any help with doing this mod would be appreciated.

Thanks,
chris

1. Change the seat.
2. Change the bracket.
