Nope, never touched my tails as of yet...maybe try searching around the forums? I'm sure someone has posted up about removing the tails.

I just tinted the grille lights and the side markers on my Liquid Grey ZX3 with an SVT grille. I put two layers of 20% on each (bought tint that was too light but didn't want to spend more on darker tint). You can't tell it's double-layered and it looks AWESOME. I'll take pics later on.

Here are some shots of my corner lights tinted. I took off the ones in these pictures and redid them. They turned out way better the second time. Still, you can't tell from these pictures unless you got up really close.

And my not so flattering chunked up front bumper with the tinted corner lights and euro grill.

Here's a before and "after."

Thanks, John. I just love how clean the car looks with just the simple contrasting black and white/silver (from the front). I love the new grill, though. The first time I got excited about it was when I pulled up to a plaza center, saw the car's lights reflecting, and nothing but two clean blue circles reflecting off the glass. Just looked gorgeous to me for some reason...

I will be doing my tail lights as soon as I can find some tint. Does anyone know of a place that might sell it besides walmart?

How romantic! You're lucky she doesn't read that.

My girlfriend thinks I love my car more than her. It's only half true. I only love driving my car more!

I'm sure the local auto store would carry a line of DIY window tints, just make sure it's static cling tint for best results...

She would know I was totally joking, I love her more than anything or anyone on this planet, and I would gladly give up anything for her... except for video games and car modding/driving... other than that, just name it!

I keep my girlfriend constantly questioning it. That way she doesn't expect it when I do the loving things for her.
