Dude, mine have stayed on for over three months now, through hurricane winds, car washings, and love bug season...no glue or adhesive was used, simply the cling-tint.

As for tips, be sure to adhere the tint well...getting rid of all bubbles and blemishes to the tint. Don't be afraid to recut in order to get the best fit.

Oh, and totally joking about the 'dude' comment...

hey hace u guys ever thought of using stuff called night shades its a type of spray. I used it and it works great. I did my tail lights with it the only prob. i had with it was it bubbled a little but it still looks good. My side makers didnt bubble at all the look great. Just a thought. It only cost me 8 bucks and some tape. Look in my photo gallery.

Yeah, seen it but didn't want to do anything to permanent to the lights...this way, I can simply give a good tug on a corner of the tint and voila! Good as new...

The cling-tint route is also much less involved than the NiteShade approach...no painting multiple coats, no wetsanding, no noxious fumes... just cut to fit and apply!

The night shades is easy to remove as long as u dont put a clear coat on.
