Are my ebay halo's LED's?

I saw the thread on how to change the halo colors and i want to do mine red cuz i think that would be SO sick so i looked in my headlights today and cant reall get my big Azz hands down near the halo but on the back casing it says lighting ring 12V. does that mean led? i tried to take pic of inside were one of the halo wires goes into the halo but its kinda blurry.

Heres the headlights

the inside, i think that blurry brown this is a resistor?

I'm 99% positive they're LED. I'm thinking they're 3mm LED's. I'd like to change the color as well, but I think it's going to require taking the entire thing apart. I looked around and it looks like the LED's are glued right onto the plastic "halo". I didn't notice any resistors while I was looking but who knows, even though we have the same headlights, they could be designed differently since we're dealing with ebay.

Sometime soon I want to crack mine open and see what needs to be done to get the led's changed out so I can start ordering parts for it. I'll let you know what I find out.

have fun being hassled by cops about your red halos. its illegal to have red lights on the front of your car as that color is reserved for emergency owned vehicles only (cop cars, fire trucks, ambulances, etc...)

If you actually want inside the lenses, you have to bake them and some other stuff, it would be in the painting headlights how to.
