DSI Setting

Tom, before I order my basically standard tune for my SVT (CAI and possibly UDP only), can you write into the tune to kick the intake manifold over at 4750 rpms, instead of 5000 which is what my factory Ford tune currently does? Correct me if Im wrong, but I believe that this setting would increase the cars ability to rev up quickly after it switches to the shorter runners. Or maybe Im wrong. Or maybe you feel that it could be set even lower, say 4500 without a loss in performance in the low end. If you or anyone have tried this with their SVT, any input is welcome. Look foward to your reply and getting the tune!

Mike

really? I thought that since Ford lowered it with their updated tunes that they were being conservative at first and there was still room to go more. How late do you suggest to have the manifold kick over? I always thought that around 4750 or so that the long runners were a restriction.
