Question Fog Light bulb question ? 899 or 9145

OK, the the Sylvania book at the auto store and website lists the 9145 part number for my Fog Light bulb.
I pull out my Fog light bulb and it's an 899.
I looked on myfordfocus and they list the fog light bulb as an 899.

I've seen other threads stating that they've used 9145 bulbs in their Fog lights.

I've been able to use 893 bulbs without any problems but was wondering if there are two bulbs that can fit in the fog lights or if Ford had two different fog lights and bulbs for different year Foci.

Will a 9145 fit in place of an 899 bulb ?

From looking at the link, the two appear to be not the same.
I guess the Sylvania book and website are wrong if they state that the 9145 is the fog bulb replacement for the focus.
