That's just because they want to sell you a set of 17" wheels at $100-150/each. Trust us...16" wheels fit. I have larger front calipers than the SVT and they fit under 16s. You'll be fine.

According to Ford, each 17" 5-spoke Silver rim is approximately ~$325 a piece, which I think is ridiculous.

Just did new brake pads this weekend. STILL running on the stock SVT discs. They are showing some wear , but no need to replace yet.

ARISE THREAD ARISE THREAD!!!!have fun with the swap, and make sure they gave you all the right parts, the messed up on my kit, i had one svt knuckle and one regular one, I was like "this one looks familiar?" SKIT!!!! thank goodness I checked all my parts out. I'm still on my stock pads that came with the kit, they've started to squeal a bit, but all my pads and rotors are good still. good luck, you'll love this mod!!!!
