dont vent, pleeeassse dont vent. all it does is bad things for you car. you run rich everytime the bov goes off, because the MAF is accounting for that air to go into your motor. losing MAF metered air=bad times for your o2 sensor, your cat, your car. youll get bucking after you shift, and paritcularly with a dsm bov, the spring pressure isnt enough, and its designed to circulate air at idle. if your hellbent on venting your 1g, you need to crush it. if you want to, i can tell you how, or do it for you

I dont agree at all , It can be done IF your tuner knows what he is doing , There will be no bucking no damage to your car your cat or anything else

Toms been venting BOV's to atmosphere for months.... it fairly easy to do, as long as you know how to tune for it. Just ask Tom about it
