rear stress bar mounting!?
how is it installed.. is it 2 holes the diameter of the bar in the side of my car cause if so forget that or it it just little hole for mounting bolts/?? lets put this to rest. if there is a link i dont kno about lets see it thanks! 1

You need to cut holes the diameter of the brace. There is a pic here.

I miss my Turbo SVTF
|
You just drill two small holes in the wheel well flange so you can run a bolt to the bar. Its easy as hell. Did mine in 15 minutes BY MYSELF. You dont have to cut anything the diameter of the bar...if you did, the bar would fall through the hole..lol. You just drill a mounting hole.
Works great too...no more sqeaks, and you can DEFINITELY feel it on the 'butterfly bumps' no more shaking to death. Really firms up the body, especially near the hatch...boxes it in great. No more rattling hatch to deal with. For under $100 its such a worthy mod... I took pics when I did mine....just do a search, its here somewhere....check about 4-6 months ago (maybe less...) and did it under AmazonRacing (name)
