Either MisFire or BackFire Problem

I have the spark plug gap @ .035. Don't know if this could be the problem.

Today this morning the car ran great no problem.. boosting 10psi.. after awhile the car started hesitating and can't do full throtle.. it just start like either misfiring or backfiring don't know the difference... anyway. i just cut off the car and then started again and no problem.. but then later in the day the car will run ok unless ill do full boost then start the hesitation again and explosion thru the muffler.. What could it be going on? this problem is rare... or one day i might not have a problem at all..

try changing the plugs but if it only does it some time maybe bad gas hard to say where's tom lol

Well misfire is when one cylender doesn't fire up when you spark plug doesn't go off, so it misses "misfire" and backfire is when not all of the gass is burned and it exploeds in the exsoust (If i'm not wrong). Would the problem happen when you would drive for a long time, or when the car is cooled, cuz i had the same prob and what i did was turn off my car and let it cool off and then it would be fine.
P.S. Ye i also need Tom to make me an apointment for his shot.

It could be that it is soo hot now doring the sumer and + a turbo under your hood it gets realy hot under your hood, so the computer and all the sencers got f[:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]ed up. I also have a turbo and the same thing happened to me, Is your car black? Cuz mine is.

Ye so is mine and my car had the same prob, I think it's nothing to worry about. Ow if anybody can help me out, today as I was worming up my car my engine light went on, I went to my shop and they checked the computer and it said that I have random misfire, but my car is running fine. He said that all of that boost (extra air pushing it to my cylinders) is blowing out my spark plug. He recommended that I get some computer (forgot the name of it) that makes my spark plugs go off 3 times instead of once. What i think is that I just need tuning, what you guys think.

talk to Tom . today,, he told me to start with changing the spark plug.. so I'm doing that first and see what happend... Thanks, guys for the support

Well there are a couple on the market but they are called Multiple discharge ignition

Damn parts place.. they don't have them and the local dist don't have them.. I'm goinn buy the NGK TR6.. and try with those Tom...
I have put the factory one and did it again with a gap of .025...


Hey Tom where i could get that gap tool you have,, the one i have is the round disc and i like the one you have??

I notice when the car start hesitating i cut it off and on back again and stop for awhile,, could it be the chip???

OK, latest update..

Today i decide to unplug the JandS Safeguard... and the car ran ok all day.. and this using the AZFS22FE spark @.025 gap....

Tommorrow Thursday if the car still run good i will put back the AZFS22CF4 using the same gap then if that works, i will plug the JandS Safeguard and if it start doing it ,, then jands must be too sensitive.. or something...
