SVT vs stock suspension?

Anybody know what the difference in handling and ride quality is between the stock and the SVT suspension?
I noticed the Ford Racing Fast Focus catalog has the SVT suspension for under $300.00 and since Ford didn't offer an SVT in '05 would it be worth a few hundred bucks to upgrade?
I drive to work and in the mountains of Colorado so I need some compliance in the suspension to absorb potholes and small animals.

The springs are 17% stiffer in the front and 24.6% stiffer in the rear. The shocks rates have been increased to handle the increased spring rates and will result in a firmer ride. The package will reduce ride height aproximately 1/2 inch on a non-svt or st focus. We drive our Focus with the Eibach pro system in the mountains all the time and have had no problems whatsoever. It results in a slightly stiffer and lower set-up than the SVT parts.

I just ordered svt springs from a guy on the forum, and I got the 04 SVT springs for 80.73 from him for my 05'. Brand new.......pm me and will link you to that thread.

They lower .75"-1" and handle/ride much better.
