World of Warcraft

Hello all,
I would like to see how many people on these forums currently play world of warcraft.
Whenever I'm not out driving an enjoying my SVT, I'm in World of Warcraft grinding away to become one of the strongest members in our guild.
Before this, I had been playing tons of counter-strike. I still love it, but world of warcraft takes the ball on this.
I have before this, played final fantasy 11 when it first came out, but I was extremely frustrated at how I had been playing for a month and only reached level 12.
WoW in my opinion is far superior to this in that I do not lose experience when I die and leveling is not a hard thing to do.

Anyways, I'm eager to see who plays.

I can't stand Blizzard anymore. Sry. EVERY single friggin game they have EVER made with online capabilities has been free. Now, WoW comes out and everyone says WOW, WOW costs a fu**in sh**load of money for 2 [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]ing months. What the [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]. $15*12months equals wasted money. Just my opinion. Pay to play I hope is going to hell with Diablo and Baal.

I play DAOC(Dark Age of Camelot) 15.00 a month but I have fun with it. Don't feel like starting all over again in a new game like this. It's a pain to learn how to play if you don't really play computer games which I never have.

My sister plays it, her boyfriend got her hooked on it. His whole family is into that kind of gaming, his mom and his step-mom are both in the video game industry (his stepmom works for EA and his mom runs her own company in the Seattle area). They tried to get me to play WoW but I'm really not into that kind of game. I'm sorry to say but it strikes me as a little *too* nerdy and "Dungeons and Dragons-ish" for my tastes... it reminds me of the nerds at my middle school who stayed inside a teacher's classroom during lunch to play D&D rather than go outside and do something normal like look at girls or shoot the shit.

LOL Well, I just play it when I have time, hence a free off day with no errands that need to be run. I find it enjoyable since anything I do, is barely scratching the surface on the depth of its gameplay. I do agree however that there are those who simply get lost in this electronic gameworlds, but everybody does what they want. Plus 15 bucks a month is really nothing for me since I usually went through $40+ console games within a few days and got bored with the mechanics of the game.
