00-04 Focus - H4 02-04 SVT - H4 05 models - 9007 This is for OEM headlights. Any other makes/models please PM me and I can look it up. Hope this clears up some questions and thank you for your continued business! James

How long will you have this offer available for? Also, how do you make a claim for the warranty if the bulbs go out? What can void the warranty?

This offer is only good till June 14th. Fist give us a call or email. When making a claim for warranty you have two choices. Send us back the burnt out bulbs via Parcel Post ($1.20). Once recieved we send you out a new set via USPS Priority Mail. Your second choice is to put a deposit down on a new set which ships out via Priority Mail. Once your bad set is recieved we simply refund the payment. The only thing I can not warranty is shattered bulbs. Aside from that, everything else is covered. Have a great day! James |
