2jz is the engine code for an inline 6-cylinder Toyota engine most commonly seen in the Toyota Supra.

There were a few lexus models that had it, like the SC300 and IS300, aka, the Toyota Soarer and Altezza in Japan, respectively. Aside from the supra, we only had non-turbo versions in the states. Prior to the last gen supra, they had the 1jz, which was in Supras and a few Japanese cars.

That swap picture is GREAT!...

I have done a 1JZ swap into a 86 toyota pickup truck. That was good times. Fun little truck at 2100 pounds and mini-tubbed.
