Body panel interchange?

I searched a little and found a bunch if stuff about swapping front ends on 00-04 to 05-07 looks but I'm concerned with the back of the cars. My new 2007 wagon has a dented rear passenger door and rear hatch. Found a part out car on but it's a 2001 wagon. Just want to double check that all MK1 Foci are the same from windshield back...
